  • Sharon Baughman

    Sharon Baughman, Chief Executive Officer

    Sharon Baughman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Wichita State University. She has worked in nonprofit management for nearly 30 years and has been the CEO of three different nonprofit organizations in San Antonio. She joined CSS in 2001 and is currently a member of the Bexar Senior Advisory Committee and President of the Meals on Wheels Association of Texas.

    Reuben Luna, Chief Financial Officer

    Reuben Luna is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BBA in accounting from St. Mary’s University. He has 30 years of accounting experience and joined CSS in 2007.
  • Heather Finerghty

    Heather Finerghty, Development Director

    Heather Finerghty has been with Christian Senior Services since 2006. She holds a BA in Sociology and a Masters in Public Administration from UTSA. Heather has worked in the non-profit sector since 1999 including eight years in Development. Her skills include grant writing, fundraising, and special events coordination.
  • Jerry ArellanoJerry Arellano, Marketing and Communications Director

    Jerry Arellano was hired on January 2010 and has been working with the Marketing Committee to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to support all three agency programs. Jerry is a graduate of UT Austin and has seven years of marketing experience across diverse platforms including print, broadcast, and digital.
  • Grace Demeri Grace Demeri, Grace Place Program Manager

    We are pleased to announce that Grace Demeri has been hired as the new manager for Grace Place Alzheimer’s Activity Center. Grace has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has many years of professional experience in nursing homes both in San Antonio and Virginia. She has a real heart for working with the elderly and brings tremendous enthusiasm to the position.
  • Bill MahonyBill Mahony, Meals on Wheels Program Director

    Bill Mahony has more than 30 years of food service experience and holds a BS degree in Marketing from Boston College. He has been the Program Director for Meals on Wheels for ten years and is responsible for food service, transportation, outreach, and volunteer services.
  • Carol Lozano Carol Lozano, Senior Companion Program Director

    Carol Lozano has been the Senior Companion Program Director since 2003. She holds a Licensed Masters of Social Work from our Lady of the Lake University. Prior to joining CSS she was a Program Coordinator with Big Brothers Big Sisters for six years.
