At Meals on Wheels of San Antonio, we help seniors maintain their independence by delivering hot, nutritious meals every weekday. Meals are prepared under the direction of a registered dietitian and are often the primary source of vitamins and nutrients received by our clients. In addition, personal contact with our volunteers can combat loneliness and provide opportunities for early intervention in life-threatening situations.
Grace Place – Alzheimer’s Center is San Antonio’s only licensed adult day activity center exclusively for seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s. Each center provides a secure and nurturing environment where our clients engage in activities that focus on their abilities rather than disabilities. We now have three locations serving Northwest, Northeast, and Central San Antonio.
