Rio Cibolo Ranch --- Rio Cibolo Ranch is located just 25 minutes from downtown San Antonio, surrounded by centuries old pecan trees and bordered by the delightful Cibolo (www.riociboloranch.com).

Hayrides, Live Country Music, Silent Auction, Texas Barbecue, Barge Rides on the Cibolo, and Activities for the Whole Family.

Food Runners/Line Leaders
Works in partnership with the food service line & kitchen staff to manage Food Servers within your assigned line, replenish food items when it gets low, and help clean up.

Food Service/Cleanup
You will be assigned to a station, responsible for placing one food item onto plate as people come through the line. Once all the food is served, clean area, and take pans and utensils to Meals on Wheels’ kitchen staff.

Silent Auction – Monitors
Monitor silent auction making sure there are pens available, no one takes anything and table stays neat in appearance. Ensures all bids are done in the requested increments and answer any questions from potential buyers.

Silent Auction – Runners
Keeps a watchful eye over silent auction items to make sure nothing is taken, assist with collection and processing of bid sheets, watch items during the time they are being paid for and assist buyer in getting correct item after payment has been received.

Games Grove
Two persons per game booth, one inside the booth managing the activity and one outside the booth helping the child, distribute prizes, responsible for cleaning up inside and outside your booth. Take all trash to the proper receptacles and give left over toys to Christian Senior Services’ staff.

Table Runners
Clearing and cleaning tables continuously throughout the meal service; as time allows, refill drinks for individuals dining at tables

Sign In / Ticket Table
Sign in ticket holders as they arrive, provide will-call tickets and tickets for purchase if needed.

Sign In / Volunteer Station
Sign in all volunteers as they arrive and report for duty, provide written task descriptions and provide volunteer name tag.

Clean-Up
Assist with picking up any remaining trash on grounds, assist with clearing tables and break down.
