Grace Place
What is the purpose of Grace Place?
The purpose of the program is to provide respite to caregivers who are supporting a family member suffering from dementia. Studies have shown that upon having a family member diagnosed with dementia, family caregivers find coping with the disease extremely difficult. Job performance, personal well-being, and finances are all affected. Our goal is to alleviate the stress by providing an affordable and safe environment so that our clients’ families can continue living a productive life.

How is the program beneficial to both family and client?
By offering a safe and nurturing environment, Grace Place helps to reduce stress and worry that comes from caring for someone suffering from Alzheimer's or related dementia. Once a client is enrolled, caregivers can return to work, catch up on errands, or simply take a much deserved break. Moreover, our trained staff encourages clients to remain active by providing stimulating activities throughout the day.
Additional benefits include…
- Individual attention as a result of an impressive client to staff ratio
- Nutritious lunches and snacks with special dietary accommodations
- Professional staff with at least one licensed nurse
